Here at Mazoo we are a Cornish based, family run business, with all paintings being produced by me, Kathryn Crocker.

I was Born in Birmingham 9.7.1980, schooled at Brixham Community College 1991 - 1996 then South Devon College for Arts and Technology 1998 - 2001, completing a Btech National Diploma in Art and Design, after which I decided to put off going to University and to start selling my paintings commercially. It was a great decision as I'm still here painting away successfully for an international clientele.

I mostly paint large scale, high quality canvas's to go into modern office spaces. Frequently corporate companies choose Abstract art&sunset paintings, to create a warm, calm ambience in their workspaces.

I tend to be commissioned by people in a hurry to set up their newly acquired offices and so my timeframe is generally rather limited. I enjoy working quickly, always rising to any challenge! Its especially fun when combined with the day-to-day goings-on in my household.

I have young family and mustn't forget to give Hubby a mention as the technical part of Mazoo is looked after by my him, Nathan Crocker, Nathan ran a successful art print company and was a framer of canvas art prints for many years, he is a qualified computer technician and now works as a freelance web designer and art consultant, and brings to Mazoo an impeccable eye for detail.

I am inspired by the Cornish coastline, I have created lots of beach and surf paintings and have to admit to being a bit of a beach bum.
I have traveled all over, but fell in love with Prague in 1994 and have visited many times since, its been amazing to watch it change so much in such a short time, I have painted many places over there but take a look at Prague and Charles bridge, my personal favorites.
I can be privately commissioned, working with customer's privacy and discretion in mind.

My portfolio is set up as a online art shop so if you purchase work from Mazoo, it won't be exactly (but almost exactly the same!) as you see it online, so as to keep each piece original.

There is bound to be something on the site for everyone, I don't have one particular style, preferring instead to paint whatever takes my fancy, as you will see if you look at the figurative art paintings on Mazoo, some very weird and wonderful stuff in there.
