Imagine my sunset painting!!!!!

This is slightly torturous, I painted such a lovely sunset this morning, it’s in deep reds, oranges and yellows, really huge, dramatic and sweeping, but I still don’t have the camera card, so I can’t show it off, think im going to give in and buy a new one or perhaps a new camera, that would be fab, Hubby bought me a digital SLR for my Birthday a few years ago, but I broke it so I got a cheapie one last time, think I will go back to the SLR this time, I’ve missed it, I fancy a Sony a100 which has a bit of a price tag, but I will do the adult thing and insure it, im not great at being boring, adult and sensible, that’s what men are for isn’t it. LoL
Sometimes when I paint a picture that I really love I want to show it off to the world, and regret not having a large open studio/ workshop that people can visit to see me at work and have a natter, most of the time I just want to hide away from the big scary world, but not today.
Im off to London soon to show quite a substantial amount of my work in a venue, more of the times dates, place and invites nearer to the time, I can’t give away too much too soon, but I soooooo want to. Im looking forward to it, it will be nice to talk to customers face to face, as lots of my sales are through the website I don’t always get to tell people the history behind their painting, perhaps I should add more descriptions to each painting on Mazoo? I’ve been meaning to add close up images for ages, perhaps I could do both at once, think it might be a job for Hubby, that’ll keep him busy :0)
No painting planned for tomorrow, im doing Easter egg hunts for the girlies, lots of fun! So im off to tie up mini eggs in pretty parcels with ribbons, I know, im barking.

Chris, now ive told you about this before, be nice! You really are very naughty, im thinking you are in trouble when Alison sees this Mr!
I didnt get a day off painting either, had a big commission, my weedy arms ache, still, might well raise enough funds to go to Download this year, Hubby wants me to advertise more instead though :0(
Alison, i will send you an e-mail in a bit about the London dates.
So are you all as covered in chocolate Easter eggs as i am? My sofas have taken a serious beating today, little chocolate monsters. Hope the twins enjoyed today too!
